Heena Gudka - An Artist Inspired by Nature, Resilience & Renewal

Hi, I’m Heena, a London-based mixed media artist. My work is a reflection of life’s most profound experiences – strength, healing, and renewal. After a personal journey through cancer recovery, I found solace in creating art that mirrors the emotions of resilience and growth. Each stroke is a conversation between my heart and the canvas, transforming life’s moments into beauty.

My passion for creativity was born out of my own personal spiritual journey, and exploration into ancient teachings has only fuelled the fire of desire to explore it further. Every colour has its own frequency and assists the body in its natural ability to re-balance itself. I incorporate these teachings, the power of intention and energy work into all my work.

I’m drawn to nature’s calming hues – blues, turquoise, aquamarine, and earthy tones – using them to evoke serenity, while the textures and layers bring depth and life to each painting. My art is both a reflection of my journey and an invitation for you to connect with your own inner strength and renewal.

I hope these pieces inspire healing and bring peace to your space.
