Heena Gudka - An Artist Inspired by Nature, Resilience & Renewal
Hi, I’m Heena, a London-based mixed media artist. My work is a reflection of life’s most profound experiences – strength, healing, and renewal. After a personal journey through cancer recovery, I found solace in creating art that mirrors the emotions of resilience and growth. Each stroke is a conversation between my heart and the canvas, transforming life’s moments into beauty.
My passion for creativity was born out of my own personal spiritual journey, and exploration into ancient teachings has only fuelled the fire of desire to explore it further. Every colour has its own frequency and assists the body in its natural ability to re-balance itself. I incorporate these teachings, the power of intention and energy work into all my work.
I’m drawn to nature’s calming hues – blues, turquoise, aquamarine, and earthy tones – using them to evoke serenity, while the textures and layers bring depth and life to each painting. My art is both a reflection of my journey and an invitation for you to connect with your own inner strength and renewal.
I hope these pieces inspire healing and bring peace to your space.

frequently asked questions
What materials do you use in your mixed media art?
I use a variety of high-quality, professional-grade materials, including acrylic paints, inks, gems and textured mediums on canvas. I also incorporate organic elements and layered textures to give each piece depth and life. This ensures both vibrancy and longevity in each artwork.
What kinds of art do you offer?
I create mixed-media art that blends textured layers, organic tones and spiritual symbolism. My collection features nature-inspired artwork for the home, meditative abstracts and ocean-inspired pieces - all designed to bring serenity, soulful depth and uplifting energy into your space.
Can I commission a custom piece?
Absolutely! I offer commissioned custom paintings, crafted to reflect your personal vision, energy and space. Each commission is an intuitive process, combining textures, tones and symbolism to create a truly one-of-a-kind artwork you’ll treasure. The timeframe for a commission depends on the size and complexity of the artwork, but generally, it takes between 2-4 weeks. We’ll discuss the details and timeline before starting so you know what to expect. Feel free to reach out through my Contact page to discuss your ideas.
Do you offer prints of original artworks?
Yes, high-quality prints of my original paintings are available. They make it easy to enjoy healing art in the UK or nature-inspired artwork for your home while retaining the vibrancy, texture and meditative energy of the original canvas.
What is your returns or refund policy?
For original artworks and commissions, returns are not accepted due to their personal and unique nature. Prints can be returned within 14 days if damaged in transit. Every piece is carefully packaged to arrive safely, ready to enhance your home with soulful, spiritual energy.
How can I care for and display your art?
To maintain your painting’s beauty, display it away from direct sunlight, heat, or moisture. Lightly dust with a soft, dry cloth when needed. My artworks naturally harmonize with interiors, bringing meditative, healing energy and a grounded connection to nature into your space.
What if I love a piece but it’s already sold?
If a painting is sold, I can create a commissioned custom painting inspired by it. Prints may also be available, allowing you to enjoy the essence and energy of the work even if the original has found a new home.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship both within the UK and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location (shipping costs for the UK are free), and I take great care to package each piece securely to ensure it arrives safely.
How should I care for my artwork once I receive it?
To ensure your piece remains in perfect condition, keep it out of direct sunlight and avoid areas with high humidity. A gentle dusting every few months is usually all that’s needed to maintain its beauty.
Do you offer framing options for your art?
Yes, I can offer framing options to complement each piece and make it ready for display. Feel free to reach out if you’d like a frame and we can find ou the perfect match.
